Shipping and Returns
All orders are processed and packaged with love and care. Once your order is placed, allow 48 hours for processing. Please note that we only ship orders Monday through Friday. You will be notified by email with a tracking number as soon as your shipment is on its way.
We encourage you to check your address before submitting your order to ensure that we are able to send to the correct address.
If you need to make changes to your order after submitting, please contact us right away and we will be happy to make changes before your order ships. However, once the order is prepped for shipping, we will no longer be able to make changes.
We hope that you are as delighted with our products as we are. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact email@example.com within 15 days of receipt and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
We accept returns on products that are unopened and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt for store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the original package was damaged or incorrect.
